My BIG boss uses football analogies all the time and while, in this sad culture, I'm not expected to necessarily know what he's referring to... I hate that he uses this on our entire department as a means of motivating them. I think the next time he does it, I'm going to reply with a Broadway theatre analogy just to see the blank look on his face. ;) I'm kidding, of course,... I still do need my job. ;)
