Low low low....

I’m Low Carbin’ it again.

 

Last time I lost a ton (thankfully figuratively) of weight. 

 

Mmmm. Meat.

 

Ya’ll doing any diets out there?

I don't do any particular diet. Never could stand being told what to eat and that foods I find repulsive or at the very least unappealing were the ones I HAD to have in my regimine. So, I eat what I want and just try not to eat so much. I also try not to eat starches/carbs after 9pm (usually not after 6 or 7). It's a slower process than a full-on diet but I'm in no hurry and I've lost weight and pant sizes and I feel good.

I agree the no eating after 9 is key. I suspect it aids in sleep as well

i really wish that more ppl were vegetarians. its not as hard as they think and meat is kind of just flat and flavorless anyway (most proteins are i suppose). i usually have ppl "sold" on the idea when i tell them that they can still eat at taco bell to their heart's desire bc they can make everything vegetarian.

it is sad to eat things that had a mom. :|

well i have to bc i have a detriorated stomach lining. i cant and dont eat anything remotely hard to digest.no meat (yucky anyway), i try HARD to stay away from cheese, and i try to avoid things with oil added (like olive oil). i avoid things not prepared on the spot (tv dinners), etc. so nothing dense.

after eating like this for a while i realize that its just a really great diet in general and i especially recommend it to anybody trying to lose weight. or dont eat meat. surefire.
